      Salary is only slightly above market average Salary raise depends on how good the company is, sometimes can be nothing and only high level management would get a raise

      Pros

      One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

      Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.
