      Pésimos directivos en LATAM, sobrecarga de trabajo, mucha presión más allá de lo ético, no hay planeación, todo son emergencias, no hay estrategia

      Pros

      One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

      Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.
