      Cons

      - Bad resource management - Lack of strong leadership in North America - Stressful. No respect for your personal time. Typical consultancy attitude. You carry your work stress into your life. Its impossible to cut-off work from your life.

      Pros

      One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

      Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.
