      - Multinational team, very friendly atmosphere - Interesting projects, there is room to grow - Company just opened offices in Toronto, there is an opportunity to shape the culture there

      - A bit messy since company is growing really fast

      Pros

      One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

      Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.
