      Employees are friendly and great to work with

      Cons

      The company feels unstable, with annual rounds of layoffs and a constant focus on extreme cost-cutting. Salaries are below market rate. There is a lack of company culture and employee benefits, aside from free lunch.

      Pros

      One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

      Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.
