It was Full Suite a couple of years ago, then Commercial Banking last year, now AI.. - A "dream" of "AI can replace people", right now, right away.. - Massive changes / initiatives every quarter - Multiple moving targets at any given time - Terrible sales, unrealistic deadlines and customer commitments - Complex internal processes, months to release a product - Extremely heavy workload - Blame-culture recently - Poor quality of deliverables - Massively shifting to cheap labor with "hassle-free regulations", to fire people at the same day of announcement
