      5years ago used to be good and warm, mediocre salary but nice people in the past

      Cons

      recently quite aggresive plan, frequent lay offs, everything AI but without people things breaks, no quality insured

      Pros

      One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

      Cons

      Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.
