      CEO changes the product every year or so No hiring in R&D to support staff there Slow decline as the company releases smart people No direction for AI learning No payrises No direction for promotion

      Pros

      One of the best jobs I've ever had. Unfortunately my role got cut due to layoffs but I would have stayed here for years if that weren't the case. Great autonomy to employees, great collaboration, communication and organization. Good leadership.

      Unexpected rounds of layoffs, but it was the case in tech for a while.
