Pros
Very positive work environment. I enjoyed working at BackTrack because I was part of a team there that really felt like family. Team members are always working together to help each other answer questions and solve problems, and that was so helpful. I loved working for people who truly cared about their employees. From work parties, random catered lunches, quarterly bonuses and early outs on Fridays, Bob and Linda were always letting their employees know how important they were to the company and rewarding them for their hard work. On my birthday my desk would be decorated, bagels would be brought in and I'd get a card signed by the whole department! When I got married the entire office signed a card for me and met in the lunch room to congratulate me with a cake. I really felt loved and appreciated at BackTrack and will definitely miss working there! (left the company due to relocation for my husband's job).
Cons
None I can think of- BackTrack is always working to improve in any way it can for its customers and employees.
