Pros

If you are missing a client signature from an insurance document, don’t you worry. The case concierges here will take care of it for you! They have lots of incentive to do so ($$$).

Cons

Unfortunately that’s all they’re good for. The case concierges just stand around and gossip all day. I wish they would take a look at my cases. My agents wonder what the heck is taking so long. Well I do know why and it’s those girls leading the case management department, but I can’t tell them that so I just say things are taking a while because of the pandemic, which is a total lie. The case managers are from India, which makes things a lot worse. If I told my agents that their clients’ SSN’s went out of the country they would freak out. The commissions here aren’t that good and the technology is going downhill, so I wouldn’t recommend doing any business through here. There are better GA’s to put your business through.

Pros

The owners care about family and do not want to make it a corporate style environment. The platform is a great product and easer to sell.

Cons

Benefits are great for the individual but adding family members to benefit plan could be a little expensive.
