      Pros

      With the time I've been working at Back4App, I can honestly say that they treat us as a person, I love the way the management team has an open channel of communication. The team is very fun and always willing to help, this is a culture that I see applies to all employees of the company. I also find the opportunity to meet people from around the world very interesting.

      It's hard to write cons because I really like the company.
