During my time here at Back in Black I have grown both as a person and a professional. I love the people that I work with and the changing culture and size of the company. Back in Black offers great benefits and incentives without that stuffy large corporation feel. The management team always has an open door for their employees and is supportive and responsive to feedback. I enjoy the challenges and variety of tasks, every day I am given the opportunity and freedom to use my creativity to problem solve. The large and expanding diversity of clients and products we get to work with keeps things fresh and new. There are regular fun events and activities for employees which are fun and keep the atmosphere light. Working at Back in Black has been a great experience for me; I would recommend it!

I wouldn't say that I have any except that the soap in the restroom dries out my hands.

Management was very nice to accommodate appointments.

They could not staff enough Spanish speaking representatives in customer service. They paid very good team coaches to come in to improve call quality however: then we were told NOT to listen to them.
