      -Learn a lot about plants -Okay pay

      Cons

      -Horrible weather and working conditions (100+ degrees with no fans or AC) -Rude customers -Rude employees (racist, ageist, sexist) -Horrible family management -Horrible facilities (no air conditioning in 100+ degrees and roofs leak every rainfall)

      Pros

      This was one of my first jobs as a teenager and I felt it was a good starting point. The other employees were friendly and the work was appropriate for a minimum wage job.

      Training was probably the best sales training I’ve ever had.

      Cons

      Everything else. Zero leads Management is no supportive and don’t answer their phones. Promises like crazy that don’t become reality They are going to merge with MHI soon, so wait it out.
