Fast -Paced, Highly Developmental - Administrative Bacharach Employee Review

In my job search, I was looking for a well-established company with a secure future, opportunities to show my value and earn a growing career path, the ability to contribute ideas and act on them, and a company with goods/services that make a difference in this world. Bacharach checked all my boxes and I've only grown to love what I'm doing more since I've started. The people are great, the culture is pleasant, and the company is growing. It's unique to work for a 110-year-old company with an entrepreneurial drive.

Hired on FT 3-1/2 months ago from a Large Fortune 200, spent time visiting Customers and company locations learning the market, products and technologies. Was involved in the recent creation and release of the 3 year Company Vision, Mission and Strategy. Very excited to be on board at such a pivotal time to help grow the business!
