Mission - you are making a major difference to peoples lives worldwide. Home working has been seamless, tech works, regular touch points with weekly company updates from CEO and leadership, monthly specialised updates (eg Product, Tech, Clinical) and numerous People of Difference groups (these can be self formed) - to drive the agenda of diversity constantly through the company, the technology (including AI) and services - this after all represents our customers and their patients... Regular (twice monthly) all staff performance/behaviour feedback sessions used to monitor team and management, deal with common issues/challenges and raise awareness or any of our team members.
Cons
Fast growing (whilst this in itself is not negative) - this means changes happen regularly and has recently included some tech stack and organisation/leadership changes. This can be unsettling for some who prefer more steady environments. However, if you put the mission first and drive to that outcome, it becomes easier to see why the decisions are being taken.
