Pros

1. BabyVision's core team has been with the company for many years. They have helped build the business from the ground up and have an appreciation for what "working hard" really means. 2. BabyVision recognizes hard working employees by rewarding them with better compensation and opportunity to grow with the business. The management team and core employees across product development, sales, operations and distribution have been with the company through its ups and downs and seen annual increases in their salary for their continued strong performance and desire to see their enterprise succeed. 3. BabyVision is experiencing strong growth, fueled by creating strong quality baby products that provide value to the end consumer. There is no baby clothing company in the world offering as much value for the price. The company has a 96%+ positive customer experience with their products based on hundreds of thousands of Amazon reviews over the past ten years. 4. Anyone who runs a business understands business challenges are part of the equation and are not always easy to fix. However, BabyVision understands its core challenges - finding good employees, managing inventory across a number of e-commerce platforms, building a global brand when you are a small business competing against the largest player, Carters. While it's easy to sit back and criticize a company for not being able to address every single problem immediately, that does not mean management is unaware or not working to address the challenge. 5. BabyVision has been in business for over 15 years, providing strong job stability to good employees for years. Companies can only succeed over a long time frame if they create a strong work environment that supports their employees. That doesn't mean every employee succeeds - again, anyone who has run a business knows there are lots of people who lack motivation or desire to put their head down and work. There will always be employees who go to work each morning to just collect their paycheck - unfortunately, they blame their employers for their shortcomings rather than look in the mirror. Overall, I have been satisfied with my experience with the company and the future looks extremely bright. 6. BabyVision offers employment opportunities for disabled workers, reflecting their desire to make a difference in their community.

Cons

1. Growing any business has it's set of challenges, but small businesses can be even more difficult. Finding good employees, managing growth in an uncertain retail environment. We're not a perfect management team, but we try our best to balance our growth with our challenges. We don't always get it right, but we are always trying. It's much easier to be the critic pointing out the company's problems than being part of the team working to address the challenges.. Overall, I think BabyVision does a pretty good job in its vision of building an enterprise that provides benefit to all its stakeholders - its employees, its customers, its community and its owners.

Pros

It's a family owned/run business so the owners/management are very accessible. Opportunities are there if you show you are capable and willing to put the time in. In my time working here the number of employees has more than doubled so the company is clearly growing.

Cons

Being a small business always has some cons. They don't offer many "perks" that some big companies may offer . Being needed to work long hours can be looked at as a con for some and benefits could be better.

Pros

-puts money in your pocket -paid vacation -healthcare benefits

Cons

- bad company culture, they do not encourage communication between employees resulting in stifling creativity - everyone is pretty unhappy there, you don't even have to ask you can see it in their performance and attitude - cheap, don't invest in their employees (unpaid overtime, falsified payroll records) or company as a whole - they try to push employees beyond their limits - clear and obvious amount of nepotism since it is a family owned company - no work life balance, your work is your life - unresolved inventory issues that make any customer care related job a nightmare - put themselves before the customers - upper level management tend to gossip - growth is minimal - falsify customer reviews on their online store
