There is no baby clothing company in the world offering as much value for the price. The company has a 96%+ positive customer experience with their products based on hundreds of thousands of Amazon reviews over the past ten years. 4. Anyone who runs a business understands business challenges are part of the equation and are not always easy to fix. However, BabyVision understands its core challenges - finding good employees, managing inventory across a number of e-commerce platforms, building a global brand when you are a small business competing against the largest player, Carters. While it's easy to sit back and criticize a company for not being able to address every single problem immediately, that does not mean management is unaware or not working to address the challenge. 5. 1. Growing any business has it's set of challenges, but small businesses can be even more difficult. Finding good employees, managing growth in an uncertain retail environment. We're not a perfect management team, but we try our best to balance our growth with our challenges. We don't always get it right, but we are always trying. It's much easier to be the critic pointing out the company's problems than being part of the team working to address the challenges.. Overall, I think BabyVision does a pretty good job in its vision of building an enterprise that provides benefit to all its stakeholders - its employees, its customers, its community and its owners.
