Dear former employee, This is Graciela Pagano, program director, I personally want to thank you for taking the time to write a review on a glass door. We appreciate your feedback and encourage you to reach out to the management team as it sounds like you need some assistance to manage your current case load. Usually a full-time employee will need to provide daily services to 5 -6 children. Also receives benefits ( health insurance, PTO, 11 Federal holidays, one on one training, joint visits, case review, staff meeting and more). Looking forward to assist you and thank you for the work you do.

Pros

Very flexible schedule, flexibility with the number of cases to take on, great if you prefer to work independently, very rewarding job.

Cons

E.I.'s need more training which was not offered, too many out of pocket expenses for materials without reimbursement, difficult to work up to a full-time caseload, did not feel appreciated as an employee.
