Very flexible schedule, flexibility with the number of cases to take on, great if you prefer to work independently, very rewarding job.
Cons
E.I.'s need more training which was not offered, too many out of pocket expenses for materials without reimbursement, difficult to work up to a full-time caseload, did not feel appreciated as an employee.
