Everyone wants to do their best for learners.
Cons
- No additional perks or benefits to that of any other company - very low salaries compared to competitors - frequent restructures/ redundancy approx every 2 years - high turn over of staff - high levels of learner reallocations - senior management make announcements then back peddle - very high expectations of performance with no reward structure in place - a training company that offers little professional training to staff outside of AET. No higher level training given or budgeted for - no company events/ conferences so everyone feels silo’d in their own sectors
