Pros
Yes, there many benefits like On time salary, even if anybody leaves the company he/she would get salary on time. Time to time party and events to make everybody relax. Baagdi solutions have a good policy to not pressurize any employee due to advance commitments with client. Here first preference is for employees and second for clients.
Cons
Yes, here is one weak point also that team is small and it is growing company. Baagdi solutions respect talent but no room for bad candidate who disturb the environment.
