Upper level is very favorable to friends versus hard workers. Very male-dominated. Expect you to pull things off with little time. Will let employees go who work 60 hour weeks or more for no reason at all.

If you can't find anything else. For temporary reason in times of hardship. But with Shawn Nicholas it is already better than it was before.

You are on your own with no help. Assistance in personal time off even after many days on the job doesnt exist. They are quick with firing even after 15 + years with them. I had a hard time in getting a raise.
