Pros
Faster career growth than others, since it is a growing company. Friendly environment. Company principles comes from Islamic principles. High-Tec environment. Futuristic and sustainable thinking.
Cons
Administration is not enough professional and they don’t have enough knowledge about this. There is no HR policy, they create policies when required. Very bad recruitment process, for a 12k salary job you have to come at least 3 days before joining. There is not a minimum security of your job, you can receive a termination mail when you are preparing to go to the office. So check your email frequently. They don’t care about Govt. rules & regulation. If you stay extra time to office than you are a good performer, though the duty is 10 hrs.
