Good compensation; many growth and advancement opportunities. Company offers great training and employees are always willing to help each other. Since the company is relatively small, people actually care about you and your success which is hard to come by these days. Really enjoy the atmosphere and the people I work alongside. The camaraderie is great, which is important to me personally. Management is fair and has an open door policy, which makes it really easy and comfortable to voice any concerns or ask any questions if I ever have any. Money is good as long as you stay focused. If you're a people person you will really enjoy the work.

Working weekends is, in the short term, a downside for me as my significant other and I don't usually have days off together, but the hours are reasonable and I tend to make the most money on those days so can't complain too much.

Great culture, Josiah really knows how to develop you as an individual for what ever the world can throw at you. The company was always trying to get involved with the community as much as possible
