The executive team that deals with retail aside from the former retail director, are some of the most uneducated , incompetent , fear mongering people in the world. They have no accountability , and expect the impossible. Stores do not receive any and I mean ANY support , in terms of training and development , or even in getting the product sent to stores that is needed for the retail teams to be successful. The CEO and VP are lost , lead through fear, holding everyone’s job over their head while never seeing or spending time in any of their stores outside of California. They will wrongfully terminate you with no warning. The company has no direction and the ownership continues to hire their friends creating a boys club while not listening to the tenured educated field leadership on what is needed to succeed. This is one of the most stressful disorganized , disgusting companies I have ever seen in my almost two decades in retail avoid at all costs.
