      Pros

      Free monthly lunches for the employees (pizza/wings, hoagies, etc), monthly raffles/drawings/games as incentives, music played throughout the office, cool building, tight-knit group of people, and the management doesn't have offices so it's like they're your equals. Benefits are awesome. They're one of the only companies left that pays 100% of your health insurance!

      No room for personal growth within the company.
