opinion - Anonymous employee BYG Employee Review

This was a simple starting position that gave me the skills and experience i so needed to further my ability to perform in the workplace. fun and close knit working environment.

the concession stand in which i worked for at baseball usa for BYG was an extremely hot and rather uncomfortable environment. Because we worked during the season and we had many machines surrounding us it was very hot.

It is paid work. That's it.

They treat their staff like crap. They frequently like to scapegoat staff members. As a designer you're not allowed to doodle (what?!), They don't show their staff any respect, Managers will regularly throw their staff under the bus to make a point.
