Pros

Access to new software Ability to take on new tasks and learn new skills

Cons

Horrible racist owners. Would often shout out racist slurs within the workgroup and berate employees and customers. Family owned and very mean to employees that aren't part of the family. Terrible pay, management would say things like "will they work for peanuts?" when hiring new people. Churned through salesmen like they were completely disposable. Just an awful experience.

Pros

Everything about working here is a pro. I've had many different types of employment and this was by far my favorite. The company is family owned, and the family tries their best to make you feel like you're apart of them. They we're always making sure I was okay, and making sure everyone else was too. I don't have experience in web or any skills, they saw me potential and offered to promote me if I was willing to learn more, so it's definitely a place you can grow! The programmers and management are all so kind, it didn't take long for me to feel right at home when I worked there.

Cons

They buy doughnuts and it made me gain weight but is a happy tummy really a con?

Pros

Everyone cares about making sure the work we do for our clients is top notch. Sometimes the passion leads to extending deadlines and working extra hours but it's always worth it as it keeps the clients happy and, in turn, everyone on the team happy. The environment is pretty laid back as long as you're making sure to get your work done in a timely manner. We've even had Nerf gun wars in the office! Everyone jokes around with each other and if you're going through any personal issues, the owners are very sympathetic and understanding. In addition to working on client projects, BX3 is always working on something new and in that regard is almost like a startup. The office is really nice with a cafe right next door to our suite. There's not really a dress code unless you're meeting with a client. **SIDE NOTE** I've been with the company for a long time and I know the people who have left negative reviews here. Those former employees (and in one case interviewee) were with the company for a very short period of time and expected to be rewarded with laziness and get PTO within their probationary period. Their bitterness towards BX3 was fueled by the consequences of their own actions and I feel sorry for any business owner who has the unfortunate experience of taking them on as an employee.

Cons

The amount of work we take on and attention to detail we have requires that we work longer hours when we're close to deadlines, but that's voluntary and bonuses are often offered in order to put in the extra hours.
