      Company truly cares about its employees. You always know what is expected of you. Lots of potential for a motivated employee.

      Cons

      Too stagnant at the top. Not much support from corporate - technical, informational, or educational. Lots of top down decisions. Very slow to adapt to changing market conditions and market needs.
