Hybrid work, trained on all tools needed, build new relationships with C+ level execs across your sector.
Cons
Once the founder left two years ago it has never been the same. Throws more on your plate as they keep firing, yet no reward or compensation for extra work. Don't expect your bonus/raise if the sales team doesn't do their job. Everyone will suffer and then more cuts are made. No job security and no chance for growth. Doesn't matter how good of a worker you are, once their mind is made up you are out the door. Works in their favor being an 'At Will' state.
