Pros

Most of the pros I’m listing are going away but having your own office and flexibility but they are moving and not allowing either of those things after the move

Cons

If you miss high school drama and bullies this is the job for you no one actually cares about doing their job they just care about the next best gossip to spread around they will act nice to your face a stab you in the back nothing you say to anyone there is confidential and you will never get any type of support or training you will be belittled and talked down to you will be told your work is great but you aren’t popular enough you will get screamed at and cussed and constantly lied to by everyone including management they just want you out of their hair so they will say anything to get you to go away they don’t actually want to fix any of the issues they just want to break you down and make you compliant and have no regard for how their actions negatively effect people and their productivity and mental well being

Pros

Great co-workers, convenient location, flexible schedule

Cons

Zero room for growth or development, severely out of touch management team, weak benefits package. They will lie to you telling you to just hold on for more opportunities and that next year will be better than the last but it never turns around. This starts in the initial interview and continues on. People are run on all cylinders until they are completely burned out and then they are openly criticized for being incompetent. Inappropriate behavior runs rampant ranging from favoritism to discrimination to borderline sexual harassment. They love to build people up to knock them down. Your intellectual property is never your own. If you speak it out loud management will claim it as their own. The German parent company has no idea what is going on and much effort is put into keeping them in the dark.
