Pros
The 2019 leadership change was the best thing that could have happened to BWF. The management team is now focused on building a culture of respect, inclusion, and innovation. While the work is fast paced, the firm is filled with great colleagues and the work is truly rewording. Generally a fun place to work too. Good growth opportunity for different roles too.

With growth comes a lot of ideas and priorities, sometimes it can be hard to keep-up!
