Pros

Employee recognition is very important at BWD. The employee oriented culture is exceptional. There is always something fun filled going on here. We work in a high pressure industry and it's great that the owners recognize that by providing a break in the action. We celebrate everything here! Employee engagement and development are very important with exceptional work rewarded with promotion and/or generous bonuses. There is a clear cut career path in each department so you know what the next step will be and, if you have a manager like I do, you will also know what is needed to get to the next level, and then they provide it through training, individual mentoring and ongoing development. They expect you to work hard and go above and beyond for the client but you are rewarded with a professional environment with focus on mutual respect, collaboration and appreciation.

Cons

None that I can think of. No company is perfect, but I have had a long career and other companies that I have worked for, while good companies for the most part, cannot compare to BWD.

Pros

Great Company Parties and Functions. "Some" Hard Working and Great Employees. Always Donating to Charty. Great Looking Office

Cons

Nepotism is a huge practice here. Summer interns were paid much more than employees that worked there for 10 years (I saw proof so this is factual information). Salaries are not as great as other companies in the same industry. Sexual Harassment is constant for some female employees. Really sad that they have to put up with this. There is a lot more emphasis on mistakes than successes. If you make a complaint about any manager or senior employee, start the countdown to when you're getting fired. They could care less about the "little people".
