Think twice before buying in to the “great culture” that they sell while trying to recruit you—it’s lip service given by a select group of people trained to “sell” the culture. Bad attitudes, poor leadership, mediocre pay, inconsistent demands. How hard you have to work depends on who you are and who you hang with. Lots of sexist, bigoted talk and attitudes tolerated and even kind of encouraged by some bosses. It might seem like a good place when you start but the shine wears off real quick!
