      There are many challenging problems to solve

      Cons

      *You will be let go as quickly as you are let in. *No empathy for some of the best talent they could attain *When colleagues are let go they will not even get the chance to say goodbye *You will be labelled as a poor performer even though you were never given that feedback in your role.

      Culture promotes a meritocracy and rewards pushing and advocating for good ideas and technology improvements

      Cons

      Very fast paced, some peers who don't manage themselves well may get burnt out.

      Cons

      Bad communication, confusing feedback and bad management. Rash decision making and unaware of how to gauge people. Waste of time.
