Pros
I worked with some bright people and on a few interesting projects. If you stick around long enough, you might be promoted to VP.
Cons
Managers outnumbered analysts, the economics of which actually made the intense hours for analysts make sense. Though it was better than big 4 in some ways, the work load and lack of name recognition make me question my decision.
