      Tech stack was only good.

      Cons

      The company follows only one person's decision (TBH -> Lick his foot). Play with your career (No join security, If they are done with they fire you). They pamper their senior employee and blam junior one. Poor management Unnecessary work pressure No Appreciation Very less communication Office politics
