      We get to work on some cool projects and work with various developers in the lenders services department!

      Cons

      There are none apart that you have to pay $10 for street parking (city of Vancouver)

      Pros

      Opportunities to work on many different types of projects and often times many high profile projects. Company culture is supportive and very growth minded.

      Cons

      A decent amount of travel can be required; however, some enjoy the travel.

      Good engagement across all levels Upper management is easy to communicate with and will listen Wants its' staff to gain professional status Ambitious growth plans Great place to learn Good vacation time and health plan Work/life balance is respected Upper management seeks opinions from all levels within the company Promotion is meritorious

      Cons

      Communication can sometimes fall down, but I haven't come across a company whose comms are great
