Pros
Good benefits, snacks, and coffee. Solid opportunity to be creative. When I was struggling financially, BTO took care of me and cared.
Cons
Other employees complain too much which can be common for people who have worked somewhere for a long time and are used to being coddled. I worked at many other places and never have I seen so many entitled employees. It was good to hear that most were let go during COVID. If you don't like change and progress, you should probably stay home.
