Pros

Catered lunches, reasonable pay, good bonuses, great location in the Transamerica Pyramid financial district, New York market hours, benefits are okay...but geared toward mid to later career traders/ upper-middle to upper class incomes

Cons

Only hires extremely overqualified candidates, absolutely no career growth, a lot of micromanagement, no 401k retirement contribution for employees, not a place for early career - young people will work hard and be expected to carry more of a workload than their tenured coworkers
