      Pros

      Somewhat of a start up company and environment. Easy access to senior leaders and decent pay scale. The work-life balance is skewed.

      Cons

      Poor leadership and false claims of great company culture. Marketing runs the company and product roadmap decisions, not sales and the voice of sales, pricing is always a challenge against the competition. Chop shop if there are any signs of rough road ahead on accounts.

      Pros

      The knowledge a fresher acquires in here were probably one of the best within this type of industry. Every Co-worker helps each other for quick and better results. Competitive work and fun guaranteed. Opportunity to implement individual ideas in work.

      Cons

      Dissatisfying time hours. Pretty less salary for an intern. Infrastructure needs to be improved.
