      Pros

      Exciting growth with many new hires. Diverse workplace.

      Cons

      There is too much emphasis by the company to make money for the top. No stock options offered. Not good company culture. No investment in employees whatsoever. Stressful. High turnover. Small company with big ticket dollar sales. No career path available. Worst management ever.

      Working in an emerging industry

      Cons

      Abusive management, don't actually care about the product, take advantage of visa workers, toxic leadership, engineering is outsourced mostly, seriously dangerous and deadly high voltage working environment.
