Pros
Pros are the flexible workung hours and decent rate of pay for the job.
Cons
Awful place to work, underhand tactics used to press gang staff into new roles without concent. The job you apply for will only last for a few months before they force you into a new role using the T's and C's as an excuse. Forced to sell even though it's 'Not part of your role'. They say it's not 'sales' because it can save the customer money...but it's sales to anyone who is'nt dribbling into their own lap. Team leaders are mostly very young and inexperienced with little to no people skills and the same applies to most of the 'ops' team...the whole place feels like a giant creche. It does very well at looking and smelling like something special..catering to all the major flags and groups, but under the virtue signalling..it's a very old school battery farm call centre where you have little to no value. Oh..and the union? The CWU? Don't waste your money..they do nothing to protect their members. Seriously...last resort only.
