      Global company. Excellent benefits. Some travel opportunitys

      Cons

      Totally UK focused. Will screw the US employees at the drop of a hat. All talk but never really make any progress in the US. UK managers discriminate against US folks - you will never have opportunity to move up in company as a US employee. They'll never say that - but that is the reality. 30-40% under pay middle mangers compared to comparable metro area employers

      Pros

      Benefits are better than most US companies. You get twice or triple the numbers of days off per year.

      Cons

      Focus is more on originating company location for group events and emails. Due to time zone differences, it can be difficult to work with others without adjusting your schedule. It is difficult to get promoted outside originating country. Roles are few and far between in the US.
