      It has been an experience I guess

      Cons

      - Unforgiving environment - 0% payrises for staff, but record payouts to shareholders - You are wrong for challenging requirements, they just need builders that are whiling to 'churn out code'... Management like you more if you do not seek to improve quality - Excessive micromanagement, promoted from the top - Leadership team do not care - CEO is clueless to what is going on, sending chirpy 'we are great again' emails that imply a level of care which is far from the actual experience - No progression - Lots of disparity in the treatment of team members

      Pros

      Benefits are better than most US companies. You get twice or triple the numbers of days off per year.

      Cons

      Focus is more on originating company location for group events and emails. Due to time zone differences, it can be difficult to work with others without adjusting your schedule. It is difficult to get promoted outside originating country. Roles are few and far between in the US.
