No promotions base on experience / length of tenure its purely on meritocracy Overall happy

BU Wise different polices, No standards between teams on the same floor. Once upon a time it was flexible, but now no flexibility (Both Time / Location) No Challenging work, routine but lot of load Now a days feeling very low work life balance Internal Promotions are very less
