Pros

great atmosphere during 6 weeks in class training get paid during training period get lots of help and support if you are stuck

Cons

when you have a customer who wants to file in a complaint and then speak to a manager you are sort of pressurised to maintain the escalation and not pass to a manager as a manager cannot do anything extra to get customers services working right now
