Pros
Good and professional marketing team providing room for development. Being a big team there is a good range of marketing fields, so good for those who may want to develop into a more especalised area, such as branding, comms, on-line marketing, etc. there is also room, although limited, for international assignments.
Cons
Filtering down the overall strategy into the different channels is often a challange and may end up in different teams pulling in different directions. Strict adherence to processes can hinder projects, and too often is used as an excuse to halt reasonable proposals when the person in charge is not interested or knowledgable about the proposal.
