Cons
They offer small bonus plan in lieu of pay increases. No pay increases in four years. Work load is frustrating and excessive driven by inefficient Internal controls and red tape which also make meeting customer expectations very challenging. Performance metrics are subjective and the metrics are weighted in a fashion that makes it impossible for the majority to meet or exceed standards. The only possible career movement is lateral and not upwards.
