Pros
The pro's to working at BT is the experience you gain and the way it stands out on a CV it is a good name to have on there. The bonus structure CAN be good (emphasis on the word can) and also most of the people there are pretty awesome.
Cons
The way that non-sale calls are directed through to ourselves and there is nothing we can do about these particular calls yet we are penalised in the stats about them. Also the bonus CAN be absolutely terrible.
