Great work life balance, plenty of career opportunities within the group. Worked with some great, very knowledgable professionals. In general, BT is a very fair, transparent employer with excellent HR performance management tools. Truly global and you will work with people all over the world.
Cons
Very UK centric with a slow pace of innovation which is expected being a huge multinational. However, services, once launched and installed tend to be robust with high levels of service. Promotions tend to be politically motivated rather than who can best do a job so connections back to mother ship are important. BT does not do a good job of acquiring, and integrating acquisitions. As a result, experienced talent tends to depart or get moved into other priority areas of the business thus depriving the acquired business of resources.
